Add this page to your home screen and it behaves like an app, with job alerts even when it is closed.
Bills are raised automatically when a job is marked delivered. The customer sees the amount and your bank details on their tracking page and on the invoice link.
These show on the website and on invoices straight away.
These drive the guide price on the website and the suggested price on every job. You can always type a different price on the job itself.
Vehicle numbers are multipliers: 1 is the normal price, 1.3 is 30% more. Worked example on these numbers: a 20 mile car job comes to -.
Shown to the customer on their bill so they can pay by bank transfer. Leave blank if you only take cash or card on the day.
Everyone here can do everything: price jobs, drive, take photos, raise bills. Add a second login if someone else ever covers the truck.

Optional. With this filled in, customers get their price and their bill by email too, and you get new jobs in your inbox. For Gmail use smtp.gmail.com, port 587, and an App Password from your Google account, not your normal password.
