Questions
The usual ones
How much is it going to cost?
It depends on where you are, where it's going and what we're loading. The form on this page gives you a rough guide, then the driver sends a firm price to your phone before anything moves. You accept it or you don't, and there's no charge either way until you say yes.
Do you come out in the middle of the night?
Yes. Nights, weekends and bank holidays. Late night callouts carry a higher rate, and that rate is inside the price you're sent, not added on afterwards.
I'm with the AA or RAC, can I still use you?
You can. Plenty of people ring us when the wait on a membership line is hours, or when the job isn't covered by their policy. Check with your provider first if you want to claim it back.
Will you take it to my own garage?
Wherever you want it, as long as someone can take it in at the other end. Out of hours drops are fine if the garage has a key safe or a yard we can leave it in.
What about a low or modified car?
Tell us on the form. Low, wide and no key vehicles need the right ramps and skates, and knowing beforehand saves a wasted journey for both of us.
Do I have to download an app?
No. The request form and the tracking link both work in your phone's browser. The app is for the drivers and the office, and it installs straight from this site.
